For over a decade, Fairweather Group has been producing high quality construction projects throughout Southeast Texas. One reason why our buildings stand the test of time is because of the Fairweather people who build them. 
 

Russell Miller, Sr.

Russell has been in the construction trades for over thirty years. During that time he has personally supervised the building of dozens of structures-from production platforms and retail stores in the petroleum industries, to medium and large scale municipal projects.

Russell founded Fairweather Group as a General Contractor operation in light commercial and industrial construction. When the company incorporated in 1996, services were expanded to include historic preservation and design build capabilities. 
 

Kevin House

With a wealth of valuable construction and design experience, Kevin brings a great set of skills to bear when working with Fairweather Group clients. For over a decade, Kevin has been designing and managing construction projects for a variety of building types. At Fairweather, Kevin is a Designer, Estimator, and Project Manager who transforms client dreams into solid realities.
